Applewood Auto Care

I had some very sudden issues with my brakes and knew that my car needed to be worked on ASAP. I called Applewood the day of and spoke with Josh on the phone. They took my car immediately on the spot, and even gave me a quote and rundown of the issues just a few hours later. They were very specific, transparent, and honest about everything that was wrong with my car, and open about pricing as well! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants quality work, reasonable pricing, and exemplary customer service! I will definitely be back again next time my car starts acting up!

Josh and his team have taken care of my 4Runner numerous times, and I’ve always been extremely satisfied with results. The parking lot is always busy and it never stops every time I drive past. Highly recommended.

It is incredibly rare these days to find an honest, transparent mechanic, but Applewood Automotive is the absolute gold standard. I brought my car in for a CVT Transmission Fluid change—a service that many shops try to overcharge for or overcomplicate—and they handled it flawlessly. A massive, specific shout-out to Josh, who went absolutely above and beyond to win my business. His communication was completely transparent from start to finish. There were no hidden fees, no high-pressure upsales, and no jargon. He treated my vehicle with the utmost care and provided the kind of elite customer service you just don't see anymore. It’s a massive relief to find an auto shop you can actually trust. Josh and the team at Applewood didn’t just earn my money for this one service; they have officially earned my business for the rest of my lifetime. If you’re looking for elite service, integrity, and fair pricing, look no further. Highly, highly recommended!

I had a really great experience here at Applewood Auto care and wanted to give a shoutout to Josh for going above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood my options, and helped me feel confident in my decision. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, which isn’t always the case at car places. You can tell they actually care about their customers here. If you go, definitely ask for Josh—he made all the difference. Highly recommend! Won't go anywhere else now!

Long time customer of another shop (Hotchkiss)that is owned by the same gentleman. I was in this area for business and had an issue with my car. They got me right in and had me fixed up while I waited. They had the part there and car done in less than 2 hrs. I was able to get back to seeing my customers in record time. Josh was extremely helpful and my car was fixed perfect! Can't say enough about this shop. Thank you.
